Seymour transmits a Statement, with Vouchers, exhibiting the payment by [British Columbia’s] Government [in] 1867 of…(£164.10s.1d) for Pensions and Gratuities granted by the Imperial Government. Seymour requests for that amount to be paid to the Crown Agents on behalf of British Columbia. Cox’s minute suggests sending the despatch to the Treasury.

I transmit herewith a Statement, with Vouchers, exhibiting the payment by this Government during the year 1867 of the sum of One hundred and Sixty-four pounds, Ten shillingsandManuscript image and one penny (£164.10s.1d) on account of Pensions and Gratuities granted by the Imperial Government, and I have the honor to request that Your Grace will be pleased to cause this account to be paid into the hands of the Crown Agents on behalf of this Colony.
