Seymour acknowledges receiving Buckingham’s despatch from 30 June 1868 to 1 July 1868 and 4 July 1868 to 9 July 1868. Blake minutes that Seymour acknowledges receiving all the despatches from the Colonial Office sent by 11 July 1868.
