Seymour forwards an ordinance entitled; No. 3. An Ordinance respecting the Supreme Courts of Justice of British Columbia and Crease’s accompanying report. Robinson’s minute suggests seeing 11069 & 11071. Rogers’s minute relates the purpose of the proposed ordinance and recommends sanctioning the ordinance.

I have the honor to transmit an authenticated and two plain copies of an Ordinance of the recent session of the LegislatuofManuscript imagere of this Colony, entitled; No. 3. An Ordinance respecting the Supreme Courts of Justice of British Columbia.
