the Report of a Commission appointed…to examine…the sales of Real Estate in Vancouvers Island in default of payment of taxes.Buckingham requests Seymour to provide further details regarding the
irregularitiesin the report and the public officers that allowed the

Sir,
I have to acknowledge the receipt of your despatch No. 157 of
the 30th November enclosing the Report of a Commission appointed by
you to examine into the sales of Real Estate in Vancouvers Island in
default of payment of taxes.
You will no doubt report to me how these irregularitiesescaped
