I have the honor to acknowledge the receipt of your despatch, No. 47 of the 14th of May, and to convey to you Her Majesty's Gracious confirmation and allowance of the British Columbia Ordinance No. 2 of 1868 "for the more effectual protection of HerMajesty'sManuscript image Majesty's Naval and Victualling Stores."
