My Lord,
I have the honor to forward an Authenticated and two plain
Copies of an Ordinance of the late Session of the Legislature of
this Colony, entitled;No. 3.
No. 3. An Ordinance to appropriate the sum of four hundred and
nineteen thousand three hundred and thirty five dollars and
fifty cents out of the General Revenue of the Colony for the
Contingent Service of the Year 1869.
