My Lord,
I have the honor to forward an Authenticated and two plain Copies of an Ordinance of the late Session of the Legislature of this Colony, entitled;No. 3.Manuscript image No. 3. An Ordinance to appropriate the sum of four hundred and nineteen thousand three hundred and thirty five dollars and fifty cents out of the General Revenue of the Colony for the Contingent Service of the Year 1869.
2. I add the Report of the Attorney General and one from the Acting Colonial Secretary.

This must stand over until we receive the regular Estimates of Revenue & Expenditure for 1869—for I conclude the Governor must intend to submit them in proper form. As far as is shewn the Financial state of this Colony is in an improved state.
