I have the honor to report that I have appointed, provisionally
and until Her Majesty's pleasure shall be known, Mr Francis
Jones Barnard and Mr Amor de Cosmos to be Members of the
Legislative Council; indeference

and Victoria Vancouver Island; and in the room of Mr Henry
