With reference to your Letter of 20 instant submitting Earl Granvilles recommendation that an allowance of £500 should be granted to Mrs Seymour widow of Mr F. Seymour late Governor of British Columbia towards the expense of her passage to this Country I am commanded by the Lords Commissioners of Her Majesty's Treasury to acquaint you that their Lordships concur in Earl Granvilles recommendation.
