I have the honor to enclose for your information a copy of a letter from the Board of Treasury pointing out an error in the accounts of receipt and expenditure up to the 31st of December 1868 for services in connectionwithManuscript image with the Military occupation of San Juan Island transmitted with Governor Seymour's Despatch No. 21 of the 20th of February last.
In compliance with the wishes of the Board of Treasury I have to instruct you to have this error adjusted in the next account for this service.
