My Lord,
On the 31st ultimo I received a Telegram from Your Lordship as
follows—"Offer Needham Chief Justiceship Trinidad. Salary eighteen
hundred. Answer by telegraph what date he can leave. Puisne

3. Today I have transmitted another Telegram as follows—"May
