My Lord,
The convenience which has been afforded to several other Colonies by the interchange of Money Orders with the Imperial Post Office in Great Britain is not enjoyed by this Colony, as the arrangement made with others seems never to have been extended to British Columbia, most probably because ithasManuscript image has not been applied for. I am not aware of any objection to the establishment of a system which has been found to work well, and to afford great public accommodation in other places. And I shall be glad if Your Lordship will submit my application to Her Majesty's Postmaster General that the arrangement may be extended to this Colony, and that the Post Office here may befurnishedManuscript image furnished with the necessary forms and instructions.
