My Lord,
I have the honor to report the Execution on the 23rd ultimo of an Indian named Hahamack under sentence of death for the murder of another Indian named Celick.
2. The case was submitted for the consideration of the Executive Council in the usual manner, with the Judge'sNotesManuscript image Notes taken at the trial, and the Council were unanimously of opinion that there was no reason for interfering with the sentence of the Court, in which view I concurred.
