I have the honor to acknowledge the receipt of your Despatch No. 43 of the 25th April, and in reply to inform you that, under the circumstances you describe, I approve of your not having laid before the legislative Council the correspondence which passed between this Department and the late Mr. Seymour on the subject of the SupremecourtManuscript image court in British Columbia.
