I am directed by the Lords Commissioners of Her Majesty's Treasury to transmit to you, herewith, for the information of the Secretary of State with reference to previous correspondence the enclosed copy of a further Report from the Solicitor to this Board dated the 19th instt relative to the case of the late Mr Cochrane, and I am to request that you will move Lord Kimberley to instruct Governor Musgrave to furnish the information to which the Solicitor refers.
