Confirmation and Allowance of the Act of the Legislature of British
Columbia entitled No. 18 of 1871 "An Act to incorporate Charitable,
Philanthropic, and Provident Associations" a transcript of which
accompanied your Despatch No. 35 of the 31st of March.
