I have the honor to convey to you Her Majesty's gracious Confirmation and Allowance of the Act of the Legislature of British Columbia entitled No. 24 of 1871 "An Act to exempt (in certain cases) Cattle farmed on shares, and their increase, from the operation of any Bankruptcy or insolvency Laws" a transcript of which accompanied your Despatch No. 44 of the 8th April.
