With reference to your despatch of the 13th September No 18 I
transmit, herewith, a letter addressed to you from the Royal
Commissioners of the Patriotic Fund enclosing a receipt for Sixty pounds
one shilling and sixpence being the amount of contributions collected
withinthe the District of Victoria, Van Couvers Island.
