Sir,
Adverting to your Despatch No 18 of the 14th August last, I transmit to you a Box containing an official Seal for the Supreme Court of Vancouver's Island with a hand Press and also a Seal for the Customs Department of the Island.

The Cost of these Articles amounts to Eleven pounds sixteen shillings, which you will at your early convenience remit to the Chief Clerk of my office.
