Sir

I beg to acknowledge the receipt of your letter of yesterday's date, addressed to the Governor of the Hudson's Bay Company, and to acquaint you that the Bag sent therewith for the Governor of Vancouver's Island will be forwarded by the Coys first vessel, to leave towards the end of July.
