I have had the honor of receiving your Grace's despatch of the 22nd February requiring that certain Acts of the Legislature of Vancouver Island transmitted
transmitted in my despatch No 60 of the 20th November last
shall be forwarded to you duly authenticated by the proper Officer
and with the Seal of the Colony affixed to each, in order that the
same may be submitted for Her Majesty's confirmation; and in
accordance therewith I beg now to enclose to your Grace Copies of the
Acts in question in the necessary shape
