of Stores shipped [via?] "Robertson" to Vancouvers Island having been transmitted by the War Department to this Office for Insurance, I have the honor to request that you will favor me with the instructions of His Grace the Duke of Newcastle as to the Insurance of the Articles, which have not been ordered by The Agents General.
