Sir,
I transmit to you copies of correspondence between the War Office and this Department relative to the erection of Barracks in Vancouver Island, and I have to request that you will furnish me with a report upon the question of a site for these Buildings, in the event of Troops being ultimatelystationedManuscript image stationed there.
