I have the honor to transmit to you herewith copy of a letter addressed to me by the Governor of the Hudson's Bay Company, and to request that you will furnish me with a Report on the subject of the transactions of which the Company complain connected with certain landManuscript image sold by their Agents to Mr. Lowenberg.
