In reply to your circular Despatch of the 22nd November last, requesting specimens of all the Postage Stamps used in the Colony under my Government in order that they may be produced at the International Exhibition 1862, I have the honor accordinglytoManuscript image to forward herewith to your Grace, specimens of the only description of Postage Stamps used in this Colony.
