Hammond to Under-Secretary of State
I am directed by Earl Russell to transmit to you a Document which has
been forwarded to His Lordship by the Hanoverian Chargé d'Affaires
at this Court with a view to the verification of the signature of the
Colonial Secretary of Vancouver's Island, attached thereto.
