Sir,
With reference to your letter dated 20th February last, I am commanded by the Lords Commissoners of Her Majesty's Treasury to request you to move the Duke of Newcastle to call upon the Commissioners of Woods to repay to the Treasury Chest Account the sum of £65.13.5 which by the Voucher enclosed in Mr Elliot's letter of 13th Instant, appears to have been incurred in the collection and transmission of seeds of the Douglas Pine to that Department.
The Voucher (No 5) is herewith returned.
