I have the honor to acknowledge the receipt of your Despatches of the Numbers and Dates as described on the other side hereof.

Separate 5 November 1863. Circulars 10 November (two) (One original not received—probably with Statutes per sailing Ship); 11 November; and 7, 12 December 1863.

Doubtless by Sailing Ship. The Package was large. It was sent to Post Office with other similar packages and with a request that they should be forwarded as opportunities might offer.
