Adverting to your Despatch No 38 of the 16th October last, I have the honor to forward herewith to Your Grace copy of the explanation furnished to me by Mr Cary, the Attorney General of this Colony,inManuscript image in respect of the claim brought against him by a Mr E. Wayman.
