My Lord Duke,
I have the honor to enclose copies of two local Newspapers containing an account of my reception as Her Majesty's Representative in this Colony.
2. The demonstration of loyalty and affection to Her Majesty's Throne and Person was most gratifying and worthy of the People of All Nations composing the community.
