I am directed by Lord Russell to transmit to you a copy of a note from the Belgian Minister at this Court, asking for information as to the fate of a Belgian subject named Noiset who, when last heard of, was living at Victoria, Vancouver's Island, and I am to request that you will moveHisManuscript image His Grace the Duke of Newcastle to cause enquiry to be made respecting this person.
