With reference to my Predecessor's Despatch No. 5 of the 16th of March last; I have the honor to request that you will report to me the steps you may have taken for giving Mr. Lowenburg a valid title to a certain lot of Land forming part of theGovernmentManuscript image Government Reserve at Victoria, Vancouver Island.
