I have the honor to inform you that I have received a despatch from the Governor of Newfoundland on the subject of the establishment of Telegraphic communication between that Province and British Columbia.
I take this opportunity of informing you that Governor Musgrave states that for the present he considered Halifax as the bestManuscript image terminus for Telegraphic Messages to and from Europe.
