With reference to the Letter from this Board dated 23d Ultimo, 1 I am commanded by the Lords Commissoners of Her Majesty's Treasury to transmit to you, for the consideration of Secretary Sir Edward Bulwer Lytton copy of a Letter from the Stationery Office dated 3d Instant, relative to the supply of certain Parliamentary Papers for the use of Her Majesty's Officers in BritishManuscript image Columbia.
