Trevelyan forwards a letter from the Stationery Office regarding Parliamentary Papers for the
use of public officials in British Columbia.
The minutes send to Douglas for Moody’s informations.
Enclosed is McCulloch, Comptroller, Stationary Office, to Trevelyan reporting that all but four of the seventy-seven papers requested had been forwarded
for shipping on the Euphrates; and a draft from Lytton to Douglas with a copy of the comptroller’s letter.

transmit to you, for the consideration of Secretary Sir Edward Bulwer Lytton copy of a Letter from the Stationery Office dated 3d Instant,
relative to the supply of certain Parliamentary Papers for
the use of Her Majesty's Officers in British Columbia.
