I transmit to you herewith the Copy of a letter from the Colonial Agent General1, with its enclosures, respecting the payment in Vancouvers Island of the pension of Michael Kelcher an Army Pensioner and IhaveManuscript image have to request that in compliance with the wishes of Major General Peel, you will give directions for the payment of this pension from the Colonial Treasury, and that you will send to this Country the Vouchers necessary to recover repayment from the War Department as pointed out by the Agent General.
