I have the honor to acknowledge the receipt of your Despatch
No 27 of the 26th February, informing me that the Lords
Commissioners of the Admiralty, had instructed the Chief of the
Meteorological
Meteorological Department to furnish me with a supply of forms
of tables, to enable me to establish a system of Meteorological
observations in British Columbia.
