Sir,

With further reference to the letter of this Board of 25 Nov. last I am commanded by the Lords Commissioners of Her Majesty's Treasury to acquaint you for the information of the Secretary of State that the Paymaster General has been authorized to accept and pay a Bill for £48.0.3 for the service of the Royal Engineers proceeding to British Columbia, drawn by Captain Parsons R.E.
