I am commanded by the Lords Commissioners of Her Majesty's Treasury to acquaint you that the Paymaster General has been authorized to accept and pay a Bill for the sum of £2395 drawn by J. Douglas Esqre for Salary as Governor of British Columbia from the 2nd September 1858 to the 31st Decr 1859.
