I am commanded by the Lords Commissioners of Her Majesty's Treasury to acquaint you that the Paymaster General has been authorized to accept and pay a Bill No 25 drawn by W.D. Gosset Esqre, Treasurer of British Columbia, for the sum of £100 for the general service of the Colony.
