I am commanded by the Lords Commissioners of Her Majesty's
Treasury to acquaint you that the Paymaster General has been
authorized to accept and pay a Bill drawn by Mr J. Douglas
for the sum of £900 being the amount of Salary due to him
as Governor of British Columbia for the 1/2 year ended 31
Decr 1860.
