I have the honor to transmit herewith a list of articles
required by the Assay Department, and to request that your Grace
will be good enough to give instructions for the same to be
purchased by the Agents General and sent out by the first ship.

2. It is particularly requested that the articles on the list marked A may be purchased
from MessrsJohnson and Matthey of 79 Hatton Gardens, and those marked B from Mr Claudet of 6 Cannon Street City.
