In obedience to the instructions conveyed to me in your
despatch No. 16
of the 10th of June 1864, I have the
honor to forward a Certificate of Survey of the funds in the
Colonial Treasury at the commencement of the first day of
October 1864. I submit also, as ordered, the monthly Bank
Statement for the quarterexpired
