Agreeably to the instructions conveyed to my Predecessor in the Duke of Newcastle's despatch No. 22 of 5th of May 1860, I have the honor to forward, herewith, an Abstract of Receipts and Disbursements on Account of the Detachment of Royal Engineers serving in British Columbia between the 1st January and the 31st December 1863,accompaniedManuscript image accompanied by the proper Vouchers.
