I am commanded by the Lords Commissioners of Her Majesty's Treasury to acquaint you that the Paymaster General has been authorized to pay to Mr F. Seymour, the sum of £800, for Passage Allowance on his being appointed Governor of British Columbia, as requested in your Letter of the 21st Inst.
