Sir,
I have the honor to forward an Authenticated and two plain Copies of an Ordinance of the recent Session of the Legislature of this Colony, entitled; No. 17. An Ordinance toprohibitManuscript image prohibit the unseasonable destruction of game.
The object of this act is to prevent the destruction of game for sale or barter during the breeding season.
