With reference to Mr Seymour's despatch No. 77 of 3rd
June, and your reply No. 63 of the 3rd September, I have the
honor to forward Copies of the Depositions taken before Mr Pender
R.N. of HerMajesty's Majesty's Surveying Ship "Beaver" respecting the fate
of Antoine Luccavage the Murderer of Mr J.D.B. Ogilvy, late
Collector of Customs at Bella Coolla.
