Sir,
I have the honour to acquaint you that I have authorised the Crown Agents to accept two Bills Nos. 12 and 13 for five thousand pounds each, referred to in a letter addressed to them by the Acting Colonial Secretary of British Columbia dated the 20th March last.
These Bills have, however, arrivedwithoutManuscript image without advice to me, which ought always to be given in such cases.
