My Lord Duke,
I have the honor to forward an authenticated and two plain
copies of an Ordinance of the late Session of the Legislature
of this Colony entitled;No 33.
No 33. An Ordinance to regulate the solemnization of
Marriage.
The Attorney General's report shews
that this measure merely extends an Ordinance already allowed
on the Mainland over the whole surface of the Colony.
