I am commanded by the Lords Commissioners of Her Majesty's Treasury to acquaint you that in accordance with the request of the Secretary of State for the Colonies signified in Mr Elliot's letter of 4th Ultimo, directions have been given by the War Department for the repayment of the sum of £98.17.1 to the account of the Crown AgentsforManuscript image for the Colonies at the Bank of England, being the amount of advances made by the Government of British Columbia in 1865 for Out Pensions of Chelsea Hospital.
