I have had the honor to receive Your Grace's Circular despatch of the 11th of December directing that the Law of this Colony respecting Treasonable Offences shouldbeManuscript image be assimilated to that of the Mother Country.
2. I enclose a letter from the Attorney General from which it will appear that the Imperial Statutes regarding Treason Felony extend over this Colony.
